These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Pro RE CRM website, application, and related services ("Service") operated by My Broker Search ("Company", "We", "Us", or "Our").

By accessing or using the Service, You agree to be bound by these Terms. If You disagree with any part of these Terms, then You may not access the Service.

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms of Service:
· Account means a unique account created for You to access our Service or parts of our Service.
· Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to My Broker Search, 3255 Cahuenga Blvd #210, Los Angeles, CA 90068, United States.
· Content refers to any text, images, information, data, or other materials uploaded, shared, or otherwise made available through the Service.
· Device means any device that can access the Service such as a computer, a cellphone or a digital tablet.
· Service refers to the Website and CRM platform.
· Third-party Social Media Service refers to any website or social network service through which a User can log in or create an account to use the Service.
· Website refers to Prorecrm, accessible from https://www.prorecrm.com
· You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Acknowledgment

These Terms govern the use of this Service and the agreement that operates between You and the Company.

By using the Service, You represent that You are at least 18 years old or are using the Service under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on Your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

User Accounts

By connecting a Third-Party Social Media Service, You authorize Us to access and use certain account information as permitted by that platform and Your privacy settings.

Data received from third-party platforms is used solely for authentication, account access, user experience improvements, and functionality within the Service.

We do not sell or misuse third-party account data and handle all user information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, functionality, branding, logos, and software are and will remain the exclusive property of the Company and its licensors.

The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

User Content

Customer Data

You represent and warrant that Your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations related to privacy, marketing, messaging, and communications, including but not limited to TCPA, CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CCPA, and applicable state, federal, and international laws.

The Company does not assume responsibility for reviewing, monitoring, or verifying the legality of communications sent through the Service by Users.

Third-Party Platform Changes

The availability, functionality, or performance of integrations with third-party platforms may change at any time due to modifications in those platforms’ APIs, policies, technical requirements, or service availability.

The Company is not responsible for outages, disruptions, suspended accounts, restricted functionality, revoked API access, or other limitations caused by third-party platforms or services.

Prohibited Communications

You may not use the Service to send spam, unsolicited marketing messages, deceptive or fraudulent communications, or any messages that violate applicable communication laws, regulations, or third-party platform policies.

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaged in abusive, excessive, unlawful, or non-compliant messaging practices without prior notice.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend Your Account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if You breach these Terms.

Upon termination, Your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company and its suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

· Your use or inability to use the Service.
· Unauthorized access to or use of Our servers and/or personal information.
· Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service.
· Bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or similar harmful components transmitted through the Service.

"AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" Disclaimer

The Service is provided to You "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind.

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, the Company disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Service Availability

While We strive to ensure uninterrupted availability of the Service, We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, secure, or error-free.

The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond Our control.

Children's Use

The Service is not directed to anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If We become aware that a child under 13 has provided Us with personal information, We will take steps to remove such information from Our systems.
